i go in the kitchenn , put some ice in a cup [yeaa i like ice in ma milk ] , pour some milk , put a couple spoons of nesquik mix && TA-DOW !

nahh bt reall shit tho i swear to god , i started substituting SM for a meall && i lost like 5 lbs .
